Tuition is billed through FACTS Tuition Management.  Payments can be made electronically through FACTS by e-check, debit*, or credit card*. Payments by cash, check, or money order are accepted at the school office. 

Full Payment and Two Payment plans may either be billed or drafted.  The Eleven monthly payment plan will be drafted monthly and includes 3% interest.

* Online payments or drafts made by e-check process at no additional cost.  Credit and Debit card payments or drafts will include a processing fee.

DISCOUNTS

Full Payment
5% discount if paid in full by July 12, 2021

Parishioner
10% discount for pledging parishioners of St. Thaddeus Church

Multi-child
10% discount for the second child
15% discount for third and subsequent children

  • Discounts apply only when all children are enrolled in the same academic year.
  • Only one discount may be applied per student.
  • The best applicable discount will be applied.
  • Students receiving financial aid will not qualify for discounts.

INCIDENTALS

Incidentals are fees incurred in addition to tuition. These include, but are not limited to:

Incidentals are billed monthly and may be set up on automatic drafts for convenience, or invoiced.

If automatically drafted, payments will be withdrawn on the due date.

If invoiced, payments can be made electronically through FACTS by e-check, debit*, or credit card*. Payments by cash, check, or money order are accepted at the school office.

FEES

New Student Application – $60
Non-refundable and due at the time of application

Student Enrollment – $350 ($250 for returning students if submitted by February 28, 2021)
Due annually and applies to all students
Non-refundable and due at the time of enrollment

Overnight Trips – Approx. $300 (4th), $350 (5th/6th), $450 (7th-12th)
Exact cost will be communicated and billed through FACTS

Late Payment – $25

Payment Plan Change – $35
Applies if a payment plan is changed after submission

Early Withdrawal – $500
For students withdrawn after the first day of school
