Development of fine motor skills by use of manipulatives, drawing, coloring, painting, drawing lines and circles, holding/using scissors. Development of large motor skills through walking, running, jumping, hopping, throwing, catching, kicking, bouncing. |

Cleanliness (washing hands, brushing & flossing teeth, bathing), Safety (following rules, emergencies, fire safety) |

| Spanish –
Listening and speaking skills, Spanish songs and rhymes, conversational vocabulary (colors, numbers, animals, family, home, weather, school, food), Spanish customs and culture. |
| Library –
Story time; listening and viewing skills; library skills reinforced with audiovisual materials, puppets, fingerplays, and songs. |
| Music –
Sing, move, dance, and play rhythm instruments to music; learn age-appropriate elements of music; learn Chapel songs and seasonal songs; prepare for performance on Mead Hall Sundays, at the Christmas program, and on May Day. |
| Physical Education –
Creative movement; following directions; learning simple games; hopping, running, galloping, jumping, and throwing skills. |
| Sacred Studies –
The Godly Play curriculum uses story figures and art materials to allow students to experience Bible stories, their characters and themes. |
