Aiken Prep Campus: 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Fee Structure
Extended care is charged on a per child prorated hourly basis. For each calendar month, the total hours used by a family will be billed by the declining hourly rate shown below.

First 10 hours: $6.25/child-hour
Second 10 hours: $5.25/child-hour
Third 10 hours: $4.25/child-hour
Remaining hours: $3.25/child-hour

Example: A family with 2 children which uses a total of 40 hours for the month of September would pay $190 for the month. (10 hours @ $6.25 each + 10 hours @ $5.25 each + $10 hours @ $4.25 each + 10 hours @ $3.25 each equals $190)

Please remember that Extended Care closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. There will be a $15 charge per quarter hour or any fraction thereof after 6:00 p.m.

Extended Care charges will be invoiced monthly. Payment is due by the last day of the following month. If payment is late, a $25 per month late fee will be charged to the delinquent balance.
